29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    a) 100 Emancipation Dr., Building 17, Hampton, VA 23667: On or about December 10, 2015, and times prior thereto, each employee working on a 16' wide low-slope roof with an approximately 10'6" eave to ground fall distance was not protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrails, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems, or a safety monitoring system.    Core Roofing Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 931667, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on November 5, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 4150 Woodstock Rd. Suite 207-209, Roswell, GA 30076, and became final order on December 3, 2013.    Core Roofing Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908985, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on August 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2122 Manchester Expressway, Columbus, GA 31907, and became final order on August 20, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
