29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about December 8, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to an 8 foot fall hazard when covering a roof with a tarp without means of fall protection. Roof Technologies, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956053, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2 West Dixie Highway, Dania Beach FL. 33004.
