(a) On or about December 9, 2015 and at times prior for employees exposed to hazard of limited use of exits or areas normally used for the safe egress of people where fifty-eight (58) - three-hundred-twenty (320) gallon intermediate bulk containers containing an approximate total of 15,000 gallons of Category 2 and 3 flammable liquids were stored within a service bay at or near, 13902 Sunset Boulevard in Williston, North Dakota.

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors from sources such as open flames; lightning; smoking; cutting and welding; hot surfaces; frictional heat; static, electrical, and mechanical sparks; spontaneous ignition, including heat-producing chemical reactions; and radiant heat: (a) On or about December 9, 2015 and at times prior for employees exposed to potential fire hazards where five - 320 gallon and 53 - 320 gallon intermediate bulk containers containing an approximate total of 15,000 gallons of Category 2 and 3 flammable liquids were stored within a service bay adjacent to lighting and wiring which was not rated as explosion proof at or near, 13902 Sunset Boulevard in Williston, North Dakota.
