The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated South Side, Snorkel Aerial Lift (Model: TB42, Equipment Rental Number: 56707): On or about December 10, 2015, employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the unpaved ground below, when weather proofing a commercial building from an aerial lift without the use of a lanyard.
