29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) 255 First Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879. Employees were exposed to electrocution hazards when using a portable aluminum ladder to access the roof when the ladder was placed in close proximity to energized power lines at the weatherhead located at the eave. Condition occurred on or about 12/09/15.
