29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Cold Storage Room 21: Near the D-015 position there is a pothole in the floor that measures 3" x15" and a depth of 3/4" exposing employees to trip hazards. b) DI Room: There is a hole near the entrance that measures 12"x3" and a depth of 3/4" exposing employees to trip hazards.
