29 CFR 1926.352(d): Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed: On or about December 10, 2015, at the job site employees were performing welding and blow torch cutting operations on top of a metal roof where fire extinguishers were not provided on the roof for immediate use. Employees were exposed to fire hazard.
