29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On or about December 10, 2015, roof area, employees laying felt paper on a 3:12 pitch roof were not protected from an 8 feet fall hazard by the use of a personal fall arrest system. Coastal Metal Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962994, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 21221 McEachern Street, Panama City, FL 32413.
