29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(iii): Electric equipment provided with ventilating openings was installed so that walls or other obstructions prevent the free circulation of air through the equipment:  Drill site: On or about December 8, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the electrical transformer was mounted too close to the top drive power trailers wall impeding air circulation. This condition exposed the employees to a fire hazard.
