Worksite located at 300 NE 91st Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees who were exposed to fire and explosion hazards were not provided with an extinguisher located in proximity of where the flammable liquids were located.

29 CFR 1926.152(a)(1): Containers other than approved metal safety cans or DOT approved containers were used for the handling and use of flammable liquids in quantities of 5 gallons or less:   (a): Worksite located at 300 NE 91st Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employer is exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards in that flammable liquids such as gasoline and mixed gas were not being in approve DOT containers. The containers were also located next to vehicular traffic ways.
