29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): undefined : Kerosene Terminal, L.E. Belcher Service Stations, Inc., 615 St. James Avenue, Springfield, Massachusetts; On or about November 3, 2015 employees were exposed to kerosene from a spill from the fill nozzle and overflow bucket. A hazard assessment had not been performed by the employer to determine if there were workplace hazards which would require the use of personal protective equipment.
