29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: At the jobsite located at 421 Emporia, Wichita, KS, employees engaged in re-roofing activities on a flat roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from the eave of the building to the ground below in that they were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
