(Paint and auto body shop) - The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear half face elastomeric respirators such as, but not limited to,  3M5200 respirator with organic vapor cartridge and prefilter, etc.  Condition noted on or about December 11, 2015.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  a)  Malvern Collision, Inc. (Auto body shop) - Employees required to wear respirators including, but not limited to, 3M 5200 elastomeric half face respirators with organic vapor cartridges, etc. did not receive medical evaluation prior to being required to use the respirator in the workplace. Condition noted on or about December 11, 2015.
