Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on the ground were protected from possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects from the employees working directly above on the roof of the new construction home.

Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 11.2 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
