29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) Deneuve Construction Services at 100 St. Paul Street, Denver, CO 80206: On and before October 27, 2015 the employer did not ensure that debris was cleared from the roof and patio areas when subcontractor employees, including the electrical, fire control, and the HVAC system employees were working in these areas. This condition exposed these employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.
