Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees who were required to work from the residential roof at a height above six feet were protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. Danbury General Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101775 citation number 1, item number 1a, issued on 11/10/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 26 Wilkenda Ave., Waterbury, CT and became a final order on 12/2/2015.
