29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handing equipment was used, aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Breezeway - Employees were operating a Crown 2300 series lift and a Yale walk behind lift in an area where there was a 6" diameter, 2 inch deep hole and a broken concrete ridge in the working area, thereby exposing the employee to a hazard, observed on or about 12-9-2015. b) Dock Ramp - Employees were operating a Crown 2300 Series lift and a Yale walk behind lift in an area where there was a 1 1/2 inch deep ridge of broken concrete across the walkway, thereby exposing the employee to a hazard, observed on or about 12-9-2015. Abatement Certification Required.
