29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 03 December 2015 the employer did not ensure that employees performing roof sheeting operations on a 6/12 and 8/12 pitch roof were protected from falling. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately ten (10) feet from the eave to ground.
