29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:    (a) Tool and Die Area -  Employees were using the #413100 Do All contour band saw with an unguarded 1 1/2  inch section of the moving blade, exposing employees to a potentially serious injury while cutting metal, wood or plastic parts, observed on or about 12-10-15.     Abatement certification required.
