29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. On or about December 2, 2015, employees involved in metal roofing activities at heights greater than 15 feet were not provided with fall protection. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls. Cook Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 907733, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 335 S. Mustang Road Yukon, Oklahoma 73085 with a final abatement date of June 15, 2013.
