29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On December 15, 2015 an employee was working from a scaffold that was not erected on baseplates, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with a scaffold collapse. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
