29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: Rochelle Foods work site at 1001 S. Main St, Rochelle, IL 61068: employees installing wall panels were exposed to contact with live electricity because overhead temporary wiring of a light fixture was not protected against damage. An incident occurred while securing a panel when its sharp aluminum edge came in contact with the internal wiring of the cord resulting in short-circuit arcing. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
