29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) On or about December 15, 2015, throughout establishment, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, Mineral Spirits, Lacquer Thinner, Denatured Alcohol Solvent, Acetone, and Seaguard 5000 HS Epoxy Hi-Solid Epoxy Coating. Yet, the employer failed to develop and implement a hazard communication program which describes how labeling, safety data sheets, and training requirements are going to be met.
