Oren Elliott Products, Inc. located at 113 Industrial Dr. Edgerton, OH; On or about December 17, 2015, the employer did not assure the workplace was assessed to determine which hazards are present. On December 10, 2015, an employee received a partial amputation to the left index finger while operating the Delta drill press while wearing gloves.

Oren Elliott Products, Inc. located at 113 Industrial Dr. Edgerton, OH; On or about December 17, 2015, the employer did not assure the Delta drill press was adequately guarded. Employees are required to use the drill presses to rework parts, exposing them to caught by hazards from the unguarded chuck.
