29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) Location - 19 Columbus Street, Newton, MA: On or about 11/29/15, the employer failed to ensure that protective equipment was used when an employee accessed a roof in order to perform gutter cleaning. The Ned Stevens was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.132(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942559, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/5/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 131 Longview Avenue, Leonia, NJ.
