OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees due to a struck-by dumpster hazard: a) 1 Liberty Street, Little Ferry, NJ: Employee was injured while working on a refuse truck where the dumpster was not properly attached to the locking mechanism, causing the dumpster to swing off the truck and strike the employee, on or about 12/14/15. b) 1 Liberty Street, Little Ferry, NJ: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the hoist hook that did not have a safety latch, on or about 12/14/15.
