29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:     a)96 Virginia Ave, Penns Grove, NJ, 08069: Exit routes where employees worked were obstructed in that they would go through a room that was locked during the evening hours, observed on or about 12/9/15.     NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
