29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii):  Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers, vehicles, and equipment without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container, vehicles, or equipment:       On or about December 15, 2015, and at times prior thereto, in the paint area lacquer thinner having flash point of 2 degrees F was dispensed into a smaller container without being effectively grounded and bonded to electrically interconnect the containers, exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring and equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area as herein defined were not explosion-proof type approved for Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part, for Class I, Division 1, Hazardous Locations:         On or about December 15, 2015, and at times prior thereto, in the spray booth area electrical outlets and switches were observed within 5 feet of the opening of an open face spray booth were not the type approved for Class I, Division 1, hazardous locations.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
