29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:      a) Building Exterior:  Employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 42 feet while working from a fabricated scaffolds seven frames in height that was not equipped with a guardrail system, on or about 12/17/2015.      The McEntee Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314675513, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 90 West Commercial Ave, Moonachie, NJ 07470.
