29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:(a)(IDENTIFY SPECIFICS AND/OR LOCATION(S)) On or about 12/18/2015, solder pot work station and three other soldering work stations were not kept free of accumulation of lead dust. Wipe sampling taken on the date above, revealed that the work stations had 499.5000, 7.9240, 2.940 and 3.6030 µgm/ft2 of lead respectively.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025. On or about 12/18/2015, employees who conduct soldering using lead pot and lead containing flux were not given training on the hazards of lead prior to being assigned to their tasks.
