29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):  The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator:    (a) P3 Composites, LLC.: On or about December 18, 2015, and times prior, employees were found using half face and full face respirators, such as but not limited to, 3M brand half face negative pressure air purifying respirators during mixing and application of epoxy and/or resin, which contains styrene. The employer did not conduct a medical evaluation on the employees.
