29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) 5 Homer Court Wilmington, DE -On or about December 19, 2015, the employer did not report the hospitalization of an employee who tripped and fell while delivering mail and parcels to a residence along his mail route in Wilmington. This hospitalization was reported to OSHA by the safety officer on December 21, 2015.
