29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about December 21, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that the stack rack system (4 racks in total stacked upon one another) that was placed in front of Press #11 in building 2 Compression Mold Dept. was interlocked or secured in some other way so as to prevent sliding or collapse of one or all of the racks.
