29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Location - 10 Ocean Street, Lynn, MA: On or about 12/15/2015, an employee erecting a pump jack scaffold on a roof working 20 feet 6 inches above a lower level was not protected from falling to the ground below.
