29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: a. Auto Center- Employees performing vehicle maintenance and repairs were not protected from fire hazards when used oil filters, oily rags, and other oil covered debris were kept in a steel drum without a lid and not disposed of on a daily basis.
