29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) Front of store, area(s) beneath each of three (3) Cash Registers - Employees were exposed to tripping hazards created by Computer cables and extension cords falling out of the cabinets beneath employees' feet. (b) Receiving area at rear of store, Storage Room for water heater - Access to the working water heater in southeast corner of the storage room was blocked by brooms, mops, mop buckets, red grocery store carts, blue storage containers, wire racks & shelving components, etc. (c) Second floor Sprinkler Stand-Pipe area - access to the Firematic 4 inch, Model F, Automatic Alarm Valve was blocked by boxes of records, printer cartridges, shelving components, etc.
