29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. A). On or About December 15, 2015 employees engaged in decking the roof on a one story commercial structure are not protected from falls by any means of a safety net, guardrail system, or personal fall protection system exposing the employees to falls in excess of 12 feet to the ground below.
