29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:   a. In regards to citation 1, item 1, issued on December 23, 2015, the employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, January 5, 2016.  The violation read as follows:     29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges six feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a.  At the construction site located at 7505 Worthington-Galena Road, Columbus, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on the roof of a three story apartment building with a pitch of approximately 7 in 12 and approximately 28 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
