29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exis(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION AND THE DEFICIENT ACTION) On or about 12/18/2015, where roofers were exposed to falling while working on the roof of a three story residential building without using fall protection, the employer did not conduct inspection of the site to ensure the workers were protected from falling.
