29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about December 22, 2015, at the west side of the buildings 69 and 70, two employees walking on 2"x4" ceiling beams to install roof trusses were not protected from a 25ft fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. b. On or about December 22, 2015, at the southwest side of the building, one employee installing connectors while standing on the top plate was not protected from an 11ft-7in fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.
