29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about December 17, 2015, an employee engaged in roller cleaning activities at the High Speed Film Line on the Main Cutting Floor was exposed to amputation hazards in that tools which prevented the operator from placing their hands in the point of operation were not provided and used.
