These employees were not provided and/or required to wear the proper gloves.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): Where the employer required employees to wear respirators, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures, as specified in subparagraphs (c)(1)(i) through (ix) of this section:     a) Jobsite: On or about December 23, 2015, the employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear 3M 07193 P95 Dual Organic Vapor Cartridge Elastomeric Respirators when spray painting.    b) Jobsite: On or about December 23, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear 3M 07048 N95 Particle Respirator Masks when grinding in the workplace.
