29 CFR 1910.180(d)(3)(i): The employer did not verify control mechanisms for maladjustment interfering with the proper operation of crane control mechanisms during frequent inspections: Location: 38 Lisa Avenue, Plymouth, MA. Employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards while utilizing the crane to lift a tree top, where the key switch and the Load Moment Alarm and Horn Off lights were held in, not in the normal operating condition, with bungee cord.
