(b) Sheet Polish Line, 6 Whitney Drive, Harmony, PA:  On or about December 28, 2015 there were no guards or methods of guarding in place to protect employees from ingoing nip points along the sheet polish line prior where the sheet passed to the PVC coating area.    The employer, Main Steel Polishing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991366, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2200 Pratt Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, IL.
