29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws.        This violation was observed on or about December 23, 2015, the saw blade on the Rockwell Unisaw in the custom area was not guarded exposing employees to the hazards of being struck by the sawblade.
