Location: East side of the North portion of the building, 486 Oxford Road, Oxford CT, 06478. Roofing material debris and 2 1/2 inch nails protruding from the perimeter/edges of a blue tarp lying on the ground used to collect the roofing material debris was not clear from work areas and passageways.
