29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. Abrasive Blasting Area: On or about April 22, 2016, An employee was exposed to a potential shock hazard when flexible electrical wiring was being used in place of fixed wiring. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
