Employers shall ensure that each employee has access to labels on containers of asbestos and to safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (j)(7) of this section.    a.) On or about December 29, 2015, the employer did not provide their employees working at the Toledo Museum of Art with hazard communication training for asbestos.  Security guards walk through the basement of the facility where asbestos containing material is present.
