29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 5010 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA; On or about December 29, 2015, an employee was observed in an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was approximately 6 feet above the second story balcony/landing of a house.
