Safety data sheets were only accessible, via fax, from the company's main office during its 9am to 5:30pm opening hours.  b) On or about 6/9/2016, at work site at 303 Johnson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206  Employer did not have copies of safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical which employees use or are exposed to. Missing safety data sheets included those for Portland cement, flyash and slag used as ingredients in the concrete the company produces.
